- 1 medium cabbage
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions
- Trim the cabbage into 4 pieces and shred by cutting into thin slices. Rinse thoroughly.
- Transfer the cabbage to a deep skillet without drying off the excess water - this will help the steaming process. Add a dash of water to bottom of pan if necessary (usually not).

- Add the butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and coat the cabbage evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper if desired and serve!
